Today as I listened to the song “Before The Throne” by Shekinah Glory, I was once again taken back to a memory of my close friend that I lovingly called my baby sister (Pastor Linda McQuown), Dancing before the Throne of God as she was transitioning. Yet again I am so reminded that life continues on even as the body is transitioning to lie down. I am reminded of how powerful Spirit is, how Amazing God’s hand upon all living beings and things. Today I remember in gratitude, knowing that all of my loved ones live on in a realm we can not touch while in this temporary realm we call life. I believe we all share space, earthly and heavenly at the same time. So many scriptures come to mind, as well as so many writings from the Ageless Wisdom Teachers. More and more this Higher Frequency living grows deeper and deeper within. So much so that it is hard to concentrate on or even entertain this temporary life with its many perceived limitations. One of my favorite scriptures instantly comes to mind from John’s Revelation, as I reflect on loved ones that are now living eternally.
(Revelation 7:11-17 TIB)-All the angels who were encircling the Throne, as well as the elders and the four living creatures, prostrated themselves before the Throne. They worshiped God with these words: Amen! Praise and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and strength be to our God forever and ever! Amen! Then one of the elders asked me, These people in white robes – who are they, and where do they come from? I answered, You are the one who knows. Then the elder said to me, these are the ones who survived the great period of testing; they have washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb and made them white. That’s why they stand before God’s Throne and the One they served day and night in the Temple; the One who sits in the Throne will shelter them forever. Never again will they be hungry or thirsty; the sun and it’s scorching heat will never beat down on them, for the Lamb, who is at the center of the Throne, will be their shepherd and will lead them to springs of living water. And God will wipe every tear from their eyes.
And So It Is! Amen!
