Enjoying this journey we call life to me is the key to wholeness of mind, body and soul. Laughter and joy is healing for the soul. Having inner peace keeps the mind free of stress, and pure exercise and meditation allows the vital organs to remain healthy. Many of us are so guilty of trying to live a certain lifestyle that we think will bring us all we need only to find out that in most cases it depletes the very thing needed in order for us to truly live. Today only you know what you need to feed wholeness into your mind, body and soul! Whatever that is do it!
(Matthew 6:31-34 CPDV)-“Therefore, do not choose to be anxious, saying: ‘What shall we eat, and what shall we drink, and with what shall we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek all these things. Yet your Father knows that you need all these things. Therefore, seek first the kingdom of God and his justice, and all these things shall be added to you as well. Therefore, do not be anxious about tomorrow; for the future day will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its evil.””
