Dear Saints,When I read this story there are times when I’m saddened by how so much was expected of the Messiah with so few dedication. Although the Messiah had a great relationship with Lazarus and his sisters, the bystanders seemed to have an opinion of what He could have / should have done.
We today are at times no different. We expect the miraculous of the Master without devotion/dedication to Him. Let us pray that our hearts become devoted without expecting some miracle in return. God is looking for true worshipers and they that worship must do so in spirit and in truth.
Bless God Always,
Apostle Brenda D. Cooper
“When Jesus saw her weeping and saw the other people wailing with her, a deep anger welled up within him, and he was deeply troubled. “Where have you put him?” he asked them. They told him, “Lord, come and see.” Then Jesus wept. The people who were standing nearby said, “See how much he loved him!” But some said, “This man healed a blind man. Couldn’t he have kept Lazarus from dying?””
