Brothers and Sisters,King Solomon’s words seem strong of someone else, yet each man must give an account, and worship God according to the Spirit of God within him. Once again let us all take a look in the mirror and begin with that image.

For they were made by human hands; one with borrowed breath gave them their shape. But no human being has the power to craft a god: for each of us is mortal, and the things made by human hands are dead. So the makers of idols are better than the objects that they make to worship, for they at least are alive, whereas the images that they make are completely lifeless.
They even worship reptiles, those most hideous beasts, stupider than all other creatures, and ugly even for animals! When God called all creation good they were left out.
